You need more meat in your diet. Based on what you have recorded the only protein you got over the last two days was 16 g from a prepackaged chicken pasta salad. Good ideas for low carb low cal meals are easy, cook some meat, cook some vegetables, put them on a plate, or toss them together make a salad or a stir fry.

It looks like you're eating mostly crappy processed foods.

Try switching your diet to something that's based more on fresh fruits and vegetables rather than stuff that comes out of packages.

Vegetables --- 111 ways. Just eat more veggies and you won't have room for the other junk!! Salads, steamed veggies, raw veggies, veggie sandwiches, veggie soups!!

Honestly, adding vegetables makes a huge difference. You can eat so much and not get too many calories.

I like to keep ready to cook, frozen salmon fillets in my freezer. Very healthy, full of essential omega-3 fatty acids, and lean. Best part is they are skinned, filleted, boned, and come one fillet in an individual package!

These can be cooked frozen or thawed, I prefer to thaw. Suitable for baking, grilling, or pan frying! I pan fry mine in olive oil covered in Mrs. Dash salt free Lemon Pepper! But the possibilities are endless! Steam some veggies and dinner is served!

Upping the amount of protein and fat you eat will automatically bring down the amount of carbs you eat. Start eating more meat (lean chicken or fish), cook with olive oil, and start eating more veggies.

Good luck! Smile Staying focused and prepared helps A LOT, it becomes habit after a while. I put together my and my husband's breakfast, lunch and snacks for the day in about 15 minutes every morning.

Good for you! Sounds like you've got a plan of action in place. To make your work week easier for you, small sandwich bags can be your friend. When returning from the store, go ahead and cut up and pre-portion some of your veggies/fruits into individual baggies or small containers. That way most of the work is done for you, and you just grab it, and go!
Cheers to an upcoming successful week for you (all of us, really!)
