The only thing I do is to set the preferences in FS to Fiber, Fat, Protein and Carbs and I put all fruits and veggies into the snacks section to segregate them,then I subtract the snack information out of the total at the top of FS columns then use WW calcuator to tell me the points. WW has their own esite so they want you to pay for it to do what I just explained. You cannot program their formula into FS

Starting all over
I started this to lose 51 pounds, one pound a week at a time. It has been a rocky road. I have had some health issues that I think are coming to a head so I am going to start over again.

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
