Hey Jackie - I do hope you see this! I poked around on your profile and was a bit confused... are you counting calories? doing weight watchers? following low carb? or some combo of each?
It doesn't matter to me which you are doing...but consistency is the key! I'm not sure how long your stalls are...or what you are expecting, but slow downs and brief plateaus are VERY COMMON no matter which way or plan you are following.
Wrap your mind around YOUR PLAN. Set up your calendar based on YOUR schedule to include your exercise/activities and treat them just like you would a dr.'s appt! Make sure you attend. Look at the calendar the night before and set your self up for success for tomorrow! be prepared, and ready w/ the appropriate foods in the house to follow your plan!
Just remember... Those that GIVE UP...FAIL 100% of the time!
