I guess I will join the ymca today. I think it is necessary for me to lose more then i lb a week. my fat secret said it would take me 5 months to get to my goal. So zumba here I come. Come on slimmer sisters lets go!!!!

Good for you mom I'm proud of you and i know you and Tom will go once you get into it it will be fun and a stress reliever also some quality time with your honey or on the flip side some alone time from everyone if you need some of that too. Yeah for you!

Good for you on the gym membership, but 1 lb/week is actually awesome weight loss. Smile

I have been doing Zumba at our locay YMCA for the past 2 years. I love it! WAY WAY fun. And realy a good workout. If you are just starting Zumba, don't get discouraged the first few times, it is a little hard to follow at first, but one you learn the moves, it is easy and fun! good luck to you!

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
