Happy Cake

Ingredients

1 yellow cake mix
2 sm cans mandarin oranges w/juice
3 egg whites
Icing:
1 12 oz ff cool whip
1 sm box sugar free instant vanilla pudding

Mix pineapple w/pudding until it begins to thicken, add cool whip.


Instructions


Mix together-beating 2 minutes on medium speed. Pour into 9X13 pan, DO NOT GREASE. Bake according to cake mix directions.

1/8 of cake=4pts
normal size piece of cake = 2pts.

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
