I have signed up 4 times, and lost 20lbs one time but had a hard time sticking with it....Any advise would help. I am doing the meetings this time with a buddy so I hope that helps....

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
