I've been really good food wise, but for the last two weeks I've been finding it hard to stay away from the good old wine & beer!!! We've had guests pop in for spring break and easter for two weeks and everyone wants a drink or beer here and there, and I find that I'm partaking a litte too much and not calculating the points! I know how you feel, I've BEEN THERE! Trust me, you have to stop...its nearly impossible to incorporate beer into any diet! Once I finally gave it up for good the weight started coming off a lot faster. I realized it really wasn't worth dieting and exercising so much only to ruin it on alcohol....ps the hard stuff does the same thing, regardless of calories. Confused
