Well my name is Susan from NZ, single mother of a beautiful 3yr old son, which I absolutely adore, but since having him, I have put on so much weight that I am nearly at the weight that I was when I was at full term
Have been a WW member several times before, I like the idea behind it, but just can't stick to it, so here I go again, can't afford to do it through the programme, so thought I would try it on my own and use this as my support and hopefully motivator, to get going. I am only 30years old and 164cms in height and I weigh 118kgs, so not good!!! My main problem is not having the time to exercise as I work full-time, study part-time and have a practically non-existent ex. to help out with childcare, and also, I think because of this I talk myself into believeing that I just can't do anything, so hence the move to get my A into G, and fingers crossed this is just what I need.
Oh well see how this goes, if anything its about my son and wanting to be able to share some good times with him without feeling concious about my body, or even just being able to participate, which at the moment going on amusement park rides is one of those things that I can't and even if I could wouldn't go on.
well good luck to anyone reading with your diet and feel free to contact me, trying to do as much as I can to motivate myself. So if you want a buddy please feel free to add me, looking for as many friends as I can.
Ciao
Susan
