Question I'm slow manoeuvring around this site. Not sure what I'm doing. Here is my start. Gotta get going with something. Hopefully this will help motivate me.

Remember everyone is different there is no wrong diet its just finding the one for you... Enjoy your journey and your goals

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
