Shock well I'm back to try again!!!! was thinking weight watchers and I may very well do that but here is a perfect start, I have lost weight in the past sticking close to here so I am gonna do it again. when spring is here I have to be healthy and lighter to go back to work as a union boilermaker. so lets get this party startedRazz

Good luck! I weigh in every day which has to stop. It is too easy to get caught up in the excitement of seeing the scale drop so much in a week-that is because of water weight I am sure.
