I am happy to say I have successfully kept off 20 lbs for two years! As of this past month or so I have put on probably five lbs and before it gets out of hand, I am counting calories as of today, my 73rd birthday.
I love this site, it's so comprehensive. Thank you all for your support. Beyond that five lbs, I plan to lose another five; I just felt so good at my lowest weight, had more energy and looked great in clothes.

@josiehines34 BMI is important if accurate. Getting a true measurement is challenging and requires either a caliper test or the water test. There are also digital scales that will measure it for you ...

Salad dressing
Your best bet is to make your own if you can. I haven't been able to find a store bought one without a bunch of sugar and additives, but maybe someone else has.
