I am happy to say I have successfully kept off 20 lbs for two years! As of this past month or so I have put on probably five lbs and before it gets out of hand, I am counting calories as of today, my 73rd birthday.
I love this site, it's so comprehensive. Thank you all for your support. Beyond that five lbs, I plan to lose another five; I just felt so good at my lowest weight, had more energy and looked great in clothes.

Congratulations! It's a great achievement, some people, a lot of people, say it's harder to maintain than to lose, and the older we get, the more difficult!
