I've been doing aquacize for the last 3 weeks and seem to get a really good workout from it, unfortunately this site doesn't list it in the types of exercise. I'd like to see it included and also to find out how many calories I can burn by doing it.

I agree it should be on the list! When I used another site they worked out intensity of excercise & percentage of body involved aqucise worked out the same burn rate as walking at 4mph. Don't forget though that as you get used to any class you burn up less & as you get more muscle you might find using the webbed gloves increase your burn. You can buy quite inexpensive gadgets that you input your height weight etc & you wear a heart monitor & they tell you how many calories you have burned, the downside of them being you have to subtract the calories you would have burnt anyway (your basal matabolic rate or "calories burnt resting" as it is shown on this site) from the total to get the additional calories burnt. Hope that makes sense. Good luck with your weight loss

Several sports/exercises are not included, just do a google search and you can see the average burn and custom add it, that's how I do it with Jiu Jitsu.
I started my weight loss journey seriously on oct 18 of 2012, and so far:
