Weight ticker update

Has anyone else noticed that their weight ticker on their signature is not automatically updating when they enter a new weight? It's supposed to update automatically, but mine seems to be stuck.

Mine seems to work, but I occasionally need to force a refresh (ctrl + refresh page) to get it to reload the image instead of using the one it had cached.

I didn't notice it until you pointed it out, but no, my ticker has not moved. I wonder if that is connected somehow to me not being able to update my challenge progress...

I can't update my ticker or challenge progress either. Has anyone found a solution to this yet?

Am I the only that still cannot update their ticker? I've tried deleting cookies and refreshing the page. I've tried resetting my starting weight and goal weight. I'm so frustrated!

I did a weigh in from my phone for the first time and noticed my little bar thingy didn't move.

Mine doesn't work either so I just deleted it I also cannot update challenge progress, it fails each time although it does update my weight!

there is a bug on the mobile app and if you enter the weigh from it the ticker does not change, the same is true for several of the international sites (with different extensions such as .co.uk, .it etc) I noticed that reinputing the weigh in from the main site (.com) solves the problem

paperiniko - that did the trick thanks! I don't use the mobile app to enter my weight, but I do usually use co.uk site. So went on the .com site, re-entered my weight as you suggested and it worked - Thanks

riocaz and paperiniko - i tried both of those things and it's still not working. I'm soooo frustrated. It's been nearly a month for me with this problem and the email to FatSecret go unanswered. GRRR!

Nope, I still cannot update my challenge progress and my weight ticker will not move. I've tried updating my progress through IE, Chrome, & Firefox. I've also tried deleting cookies; nothing will work. I try once a day and always fill out the "An unexpected error has occured" page. Hopefully they will get annoyed with me and fix it.

My ticker is also not working.. anyone know how to fix??

Mine is still not working and I've tried all the things that has helped others. I tried updating in every browser known to man. I've tried removing ticker from signature and refreshing page. I've tried deleting cookies. I even tried resetting my diet. Nothing has made the thing move!!! I also enter comments every time I get the error box. I've also emailed FatSecret at their contact us page three times and I've never received a response.

It's so frustrating. My weight loss is not dependent on an accurate ticker but I like to show off my progress. Also, I am kicking booty on a challenge and have no way to show it!!! GRRR.

If you are still having issues with your weight ticker not updating and you are logging into factsecret.com try this member’s suggestion. It worked for me!

I just tried that today, but still get the error page when I try to weigh in on my Challenges. Not getting it anymore when I change the nutrition values shown in the food entry, though But only after I've logged in through the UK site. And I just noticed today that my weight Ticker is invalid.. lol. There's just a grey line there.

I don't have a phone that can have apps, so that mobile phone app problem doesn't pertain to me.

So, as of right now, still can't update my Challenges through fatsecret.com or fatsecret.co.uk, and now no Ticker.
