New here , can i set my calorie and macro goals ?

The only way I could set anything was to go to my Set RDI (Recommended Daily Intake - under tools section.) You are allowed to use the programs calculator there, or set your own RDI. The program will then calculate protein, carb and fat intake. You also have to enter the foods you eat as listed to get the % of protein etc. Try a Google search of this site. I do remember somewhere back in time some comments about this issue.

When you go into MYFATSECRET homepage, and then go into FOODS for your diary, down to the right is CUSTOM FOODS, enter your food and nutrition facts there.

Showing weight loss?
It seems that when I look at other people's postings, it lists the amount of weight they have lost, but on mine it isn't doing that? How do I change my settings to show my weight loss?
