I have co workds who have tried the hcg drops and they lost. Anything you do relly you have to keep it up so it is about making a change to your lifestyle. No matter what you choose if you don't keep it up nothing will ever change. I'm currently doing the hcg pellets. I just want to get a head start. My son has an xbox kincet so I brought the my shape and let me tell you that's all you need. wheww. Find what works best for you. good luck

Question for everyone.........
Velvetice, losing the pounds and exercise my eliminate those aches and pains. Try adding some strength training if you can, it has made a huge differencee for me.
