Has anyone ever heard of using saffron extract oil as part of your weight loss regime?

What about the green coffe bean extract?

I was thinking about looking into these two extracts, but I wanted to see if anyone else had heard of them and if they have any suggestions.

I think these are all a ripoff. Some have no effect, some may even be harmful. But even at best, they only work in conjunction with a diet, and the effects end as soon as you stop taking them.

What is a good inexpensive pedometer?
