Move over Facebook, here is FS!

I just made an observation. Routinely, I get up in the morning, make my coffee, check my email and go to facebook before starting my day. I'll visit facebook several times during my day, whenever I have a minute. I do it on my phone or wherever I can. There's been a shift... Now I am going straight onto the FS website first thing in the morning, and spending much less time on facebook and more time here.

I go to this site several times a day, and facebook isn't as interesting to me as this is! There's only a certain amount of time each day that can be allotted to social media sites, and this one is it for me! I am still new to fs and just learning how to navigate. But I am enjoying it, and expecting to take full advantage of what it has to offer.

I think that this alone will have a major impact on my weight loss. Recording everything I eat, being part of a challenge, communicating with others, giving and receiving encouragement and inspiration..... II believe that it is going to play a key role in my getting where I want to go, and I am just tickled pink!

I completely agree with you. I only wish that the mobile apps included the forums!

I have been with fs since the end of July...and if you notice I use this site several times a day and it has paid off. So here is to your new lifestyle Smile

ha! ha! I was just thinking this same thing this morning! Love this site! Still learning where to go and what is available but so far it's wonderful!

I can access the site from my phone anywhere there is wifi. A bit harder to read as y laptop has a much bigger screen than my iphone! I do have the mobile app loaded as well. What do you use the barcode scanner for?

I'd say that pretty much everyone writing in this thread is on the right track. It's definitely my experience that focusing on our weight loss journey gets us faster and easier to our goal weight.
Using the website "like facebook" is definitely a great way to stay focused. We learn about losing weight along the way, we find inspiration, we share experiences, help others and so much more. Keep it up! Smile

I agree with you. I used to open FB first thing in the morning, now it's FS. I also agree with mcarthy, wish the app included more than it currently allows me to see and access. Still loving this site Smile

I agree too although I am one of the few left in the world who doesn't use Facebook Smile I am hooked on this site and only been using it a few days. It's gonna change my life I just know it. It's the best free site I have accessed ever and the people on here just know what they are talking about when it comes to food. It's all good
