The steak was 400g tasty and juicy but I still had to force feed the meal. Now as I sit my pulse is racing trying to digest it. A short walk may be in order to aid the process.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I weigh ,myself every day, but I am new at weight loss and the novelty is still with me. I feel that if I weigh myself weekly I will not be too disappointed with variations.
