So I've entered my personal information which resulted in an RDI of 2600. However, I didn't see a place to enter my goal date. How do I know the RDI is correct? How can this be accurate if I don't enter a goal date? i.e. I want to lose 90 pounds this coming year....

The rdi is a best average guess there are algorithms and such like on the net which may give a better gauge. As you lose weight your rdi will change anyway. There is no goal date only goal weight Sad
