In Denmark we have something we call "flødeboller" or "creambuns". It´s a small flat cake with some kind of cream stuffing, and covered with chocolate. At my school, there used to hang a poster that said, that you had to jump 600 times to burn the energy in one of them. And since 100 grams of "creambuns" have 430 calories in it, and one weights around 20 grams, it has around 85 calories in one creambun.
So jumping 600 (this is standing on the floor, so maybe it´s a bit different on mini trampolines) times burns around 85 calories for kids/teenagers, so if you are really obese you´ll burn a lot more. Just take time on how long it takes for you to jump 600 or 1200 times, and see how much that is in an hour.

Burpees - Correct Form
