Trying to figure out how to make Chobani's yogurt taste better.
I always use plain 0% Greek yogurt of any brand. I like to add in some almond butter, dark chocolate or french vanilla stevia drops, flax, hemp or chia seed, berries and cinnamon. Makes it a decadent but healthy treat!

Help with not being hungry, what's that all about?!?!
I definitely think that sufficient protein helps with hunger. In my experience ( and I used to be a snacky carb junkie), I would never feel like I have had enough. Now that I focus on protein in my diet to maintain my new weight I believe it works for me. I do not feel the desire to snack anymore to satisfy hunger. I have a goal to eat enough calories and to eat enough protein every day, but I don't focus too much on the percentages or numbers. I am always satisfied and no longer have those "gotta eat" moments. The days I don't eat as much protein I can totally tell that I am constantly looking for food more, but because I know this is happening, I reach for the protein and soon the hunger passes. I still enjoy treats and sweets I just don't have them all the time anymore!

hunger makes me fail in dieting
I agree with all of the advice given. What I have also learned is that when you sometimes feel hungry, it can be because your body isn't hydrated properly. You think you need to eat to fix that hunger feeling, when really your body is starving for water. Drink lots of water throughout the day and that also may curb the hunger feelings you are having.

Fiber Intake

Chia seeds are tasteless so take on the flavors of what you are mixing it with and you can mix them in just about anything! Check out which is a great informative site about Chia Seeds and their benefits. Hemp seeds taste really nutty to me and they work well in yogurts, on salads, etc.

When I did Zumba, I used a Mio fitness watch, which tracks your heart rate and calculates the calories burned during the exercise. Now the watch was calibrated to my particular weight and resting heart rate and Zumba class was always around an hour long. My watch always read between 550 - 750 calories in that time. The higher burned calorie rate always was when I was in the Zumba Toning class. I would put the Zumba under fast dancing, but basically you could be burning more calories than "Fast dancing" would give you credit for.

Greek yogurt is so good for you. I use the plain yogurt and always mix my own. I have a couple versions, like Blueberry Almond. I take 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt, add 1/4 to 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1 tbsp of hemp seed or ground flax seed, stevia drops ( dark chocolate flavored), 1 tbsp of almond butter, 1-3 oz blueberries. Mix it up and enjoy. You can change it up and use peanut butter with raspberries or strawberries. Very satisfying and also guilt free!

One of the golden rules of dieting!
Please do not feel ashamed about a small set back in your plan. Maybe your body just needed a fix to feel satisfied, which is alright once in a while! Sometimes hunger or cravings are the bodies way of telling us they lack, need or want something for some reason. This is just one day and one time a rule was broken and you are able to move on from this and not look back - its done! Don't let it discourage you as you are doing great! :)

How about getting in those Veggies, Any Tips?! What are your favs?
I find it hard to add the veggies in my diet. All the other food groups fall into place the way I need to combine them, at the times I need to eat them, but I find I easily omit the veggies. I require 7 veggie servings throughout my day and so far I am only getting 3 or 4 servings in. Tonight I ate a whole red pepper to make up two servings at dinner! I must say blah! Any suggestions? How do you all keep from getting bored of veggies?
