The desire to cheat - on what I eat, on what I post
I add everything. If I grab 1 hershey kiss or 2 starburst, I add them. They are all calories and contain other things like sugar that you need to know you are eating. By not entering it, you are cheating yourself. Absolutely a great idea to have something around the house already made to snack on that is healthy and fulfilling. I make sure I have fresh fruit cut up in the fridge, ready to eat. Cheese is a good snack too. I like that I can go back and look to see where I went wrong if I did. Good luck!

Pixiestyx...that is such an awesome suggestion. I love egg salad and never thought to do it that way. Do you use low fat mayo or regular?

Not sorry to admit that anyone trying this method, is out of their minds. You need to make lifestyle changes in order to succeed at weight loss. Plain and simple.

Do you think it is possible to give advice on what to do to lose weight when I've only started my journey? I have lost 13 lbs, want to lose 59 more. I feel like I need to inspire others during my journey but am afraid of what people would think about me giving it because I am overweight...

I weigh myself daily. It helps me to understand my body and how it reacts to different things. As well as help keep me focused.

Daily and I dont recommend it! I do it for a doctor. I recommend no more than once a week to avoid scale sadness!
