Eliminating Sugar - Where do you draw the line?
for me no soda at all times and at night very low carbs, this includes fruit (juice), rice, cookies, pasta, potatoes etc. During the day no restrictions apart for the soda

Adding coconut oil to your diet will provide a fat content, but works as an energy source and is burned as a ketone.... =)

I do various weight training programs with varying rest periods. Do get the most accurate calorie burn count do I use total time or actual lifting time?
