Is there really any evidence that eating later at night causes you to be fatter??
I have the same thing, and it's bad because I won't eat until later in the day but then am RAVENOUS around 9 pm, at which point i gorge, and then am not hungry the next morning, and the cycle continues (this also contributes to less-than-fun morning weigh-ins!!)

Cravings?
I'm having trouble finding a way to keep calories low without starving myself... I won't be hungry until 2 PM or so, but then I'll munch like crazy at night, and the cycle continues... with my calorie goal of about 900-1000 per day, it doesn't leave much room to mess up snacks or meals... Any tips would be fantastic!

Reboot?!
I came to school doing GREAT, kept up all my good eating/workout habits, and the occasional slip didn't cause me issues. However, as the semester went on and my stress levels skyrocketed, my eating habits plummeted. I eat whatever I want now, and am up about 10 pounds from summer :( I really need to figure out how to get back on track, because I know I have done it before, but I just can't seem to make myself. Any suggestions?

HELPPPP I was doing so well with my diet and was on track to reach my goal for the summer of being my drivers-license weight by the time I got back to school... but I broke and gained back 3+ pounds and am leaving for school tomorrow :cry: Anyone have any suggestions or motivation or ANYTHINGGG ?

Body Fat
Sooo I think my muscles are pretty toned up... the only problem is the fat covering them! Do yall know how to reduce body fat without significantly losing muscle? THANKSSS

Detox?
So I just spent a week on vacation at a lake house in Michigan, and as a result my family and I went out to dinner every night. My weight is wayyyyyy up, and I'm looking for ways to detox to try to get rid of as much of the food/water weight as I can... does anyone know how to do this?

Water?
So I have read a lot about water and its benefits for dieting... has anyone noticed a difference? In other words, is it true that drinking more water aids weight loss? Additionally, has anyone gotten results by drinking 2-3 cups of green tea each day?

Longest Run Ever!
Yay! Even though I ate more than I should have at dinner last night, I don't feel that bad about it because I went for my longest run ever yesterday... 5.5 miles in 45-ish minutes (about an 8-minute pace!!). I am so excited. I felt so good after, even though I was exhausted. It was the greatest feeling of accomplishment, PLUS the fact that I knew I'd just burnt a lot of calories, haha. So my new goal is to run 6 miles by the end of the week, which I don't think should be a problem physically; finding time will be the tricky part. On top of that, I was rewarded by a new weight loss (from this weekend) when I got on the scale this morning!

Toning
Ok so I've been lifting to try to tone up, not bulk up/increase muscle, but I am never sore after. Should I be? If so, should I increase weights, reps, sets, or some combination, or should I be doing something differently?

Self Control
Ok so I apparently have huge self-control issues. I do great with my diet throughout the day, but at night, after dinner, or when I'm out of the house, I cannot seem to control what I eat. I automatically go to junk, and stuff myself. And at night, I just keep munching on stuff after dinner, until I go to bed! This is what is killing my diet... I would already be at my goal if it weren't for my self-control issues! Anyone with suggestions of how to stop evening snacking/binging when I'm out of the house?

BORED at the gym!
I try to vary my workout by doing some combination of treadmill, elliptical, bike, and this Cybex machine (not sure what it's called) but I'm still bored! What can I do to get a REALLY good cardio? I have done lots of very intense workouts, so I am willing to try anything!

Protein?!
Soo I'm trying to increase the amount of protein in my diet without increasing calories... any ideas? I am a fan of cottage cheese, which I've been having, and I usually have a meat of some sort for dinner, but I guess I'm supposed to be at 60ish grams per day? I'm nowhere near.
