So who takes what
Platinum brand omega-3 fish oil lemon flavor... no fish smell or 'regurg'...found it in health food dept

new atkins only suggests a good multi with minerals and an omega-3...and maybe Vit D if you don't spend time in the sun...the older atkins book was much more complicated

Getting my life back
know exactly!...I decided about the middle of July to start Atkins...worked for me 8 and 15 years ago...thrilled I am down 12 pounds... my goal is 30 but I may re-assess if I can get down 25!..early loss is great motivation to keep at it...I only did induction for 2 wks....hoping OWL will help my skin to catch up..Bat wings anyone? lol...

Yes. Check out Diet For A Small Planet (Frances Lappe). She teaches how to combine non-meat sources to make complete protein. Very healthy
