cheating on foods
I also give myself an occasional "guilt free" day. I think if you tell yourself that you can NEVER have certain foods, or occasionally eat a larger portion, you end up craving these things more then ever. If I know in my mind that there is a day coming up that I can have a little extra, I don't feel like I'm depriving myself & when the guilt free day comes I really do not eat much different.

How to stay full throughout the day
If I want something sweet, I'll eat some strawberries w/splenda and maybe a little fat free cool whip. If I don't want sweet, I'll take a few slices of deli turkey and roll them up and eat them alone or with some veggie sticks. Seems to satisfy & pretty low cal/low fat.

How do I add just a recipe with calories to my food record?
Not sure where to ask this question. While fixing dinner, I made sure to right down each item, how much and the calories. Divided that by the number of portions so I would know exactly how many calories in my serving but now I can't figure out how to add this to my record. I can add it to my meals, but it does not give me an area to add nutritional info. I didn't want to submit it for the site...just my personal use.

well you need to stay hydrated and all fluid intake (apart from alcohol) counts towards it, whether you need that much water is highly debateable as long as your pee is clear your generally good to go. ...

never lose weight
you do lose weight if you go up and down, you just don't keep it off keep doing what makes it go down and stop doing what makes it go up you are swinging from extremes fasting too over eating/bi ...
