How often do you weigh in?
I Usually weigh in once a week as soon as I get up and use bathroom and before I eat. I want THAT SCALE to be at LOWEST point it could possibly be!!

:? I'm with you kimbulie- I thought the same also- the book is not too clear- I've only been eating 4 oz of meat a day since I don't even like seafood:?

Diet Coke~
I still drink diet Coke or Pepsi but I always had the Caffeine free versions. I also cut back to just one a day usually with Dinner.

I have been eating all kinds of canned beans including refried ( fat Free)- they are basically just smashed pinto & pink beans with spices mixed in them. I also have found No Sugar Added,Fat Free baked beans from B&M sweetened with Splenda( Homestyle & Spicy). My weight loss has been consistant so I guess I'm alright- It's nice to have a change of pace sometimes.

Boca Burgers
:?: Hi All, Does anyone know if Boca Burgers are off limits for Fat Smash Diet- I had one tonight for dinner (No bun, topped with mustard, sliced tomato & Lettuce- tasted very good) I'm on Day 5 of Detox Phase- I guess I could have done worse.

Talk to the apple folks. It was there upgrade that did the damage. Check out some previous posts on this issue. I think the issue is being worked on.
