jillian michaels 30 day shred
I use it about 3 times a week. I'm on level 2 now and will be ready to go to level 3 soon. I don't know how much weight I have lost using it but my body has definitely changed shape and I have way more muscle than I did before. I am currently using 3 pound free weights. I think after I master level 3 with the 3 pound weights I might go through them again with 5 pound weights.

Just Calories?
I'm just counting calories because most of my fats are the good fats. And most of my carbs are fruits and veggies.

Spouse Not Supportive
When I decided I wanted to lose weight I didn't find my husband very supportive either. However now that I have lost 21 pounds he has really come around. I figured out why though, he didn't think I would follow through and he thought I would quit. So when I started talking about buying a new exercise bike he wasn't really helpful. However when I got it he did help me put it together. Now he is becoming more supportive everyday and even telling me he is proud of me. So my suggestion is get started and use the people here for your support until he comes around. When you feel better about yourself he will notice and hopefully become supportive.

struggling
Do you have someone to work out with? That always helps. The other thing I do it just do it! I'm finding that I have more energy the more I lose. Working out is a habit like anything else you have to make it a priority. Is there something fun that you like to do? That could get you more motivated to workout.
