I take some lunch meat and cheese, along with some cut up vegies. I also buy the small containers of cottage cheese. How about soup? Chilli is great. Hope this helps.

Hey all, I have a bag of dried black beans any ideas of what to do with them? I know you can make black bean soup, but how? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Hope everyone has a happy and safe new year:d

Favorite new product
Love the Blue Diamond Nut-Thins. Yes, they have the evil rice flour in addition to nut flour, but they are not horribly high in carbs, and they are FODMAP safe.
