Aren't the juices the same thing? You have to add water to the juice. equal parts juice and water - mix in a pitcher. Drink it thoughout the day. Good luck.:)

What Are/Will Be Your Reward For Weight Loss Goal?
I give myself little rewards along the way. Maybe it is a new nail polish or a pair of shoes. I have had to buy a whole new wardrobe this summer since my 30 lb loss. Nothing from last year fit me. I have been rewarding myself quite a bit! ha Rewards are good. I haven't really decide what my BIG reward will when I reach my goal. I will have to think about that!:d

I just found out the news from my center today too! I am SO disappointed! I liked this plan, and the accountablity. Now what is everyone going to do? I am open to ideas for my new weightloss plan!

L.A. Lites Alternatives
I do buy the Lites - but not at the center. I buy them on e-bay. They are a lot cheaper. You have to watch for the expiration dates. The bars have TOTALLY saved me. They are so satisfying and the caramel chocolate - kind of like a (Snickers) are my favorite! They don't taste like diet food at all!! Hope this helps. Tried the Luna bars - yuck. They taste too organic for me, but are a cheaper alternative to the lites.:)

Wow - very true! I will have to remember that when I am craving something I shouldn't eat. You have lost 18 lbs since June! That rocks!!! You should be proud! i have lost 18 lbs since April!! You are doing great!!

New Express Plan
Hi. just wondering where you are located. My counselor told me that the express plan was the same as the reg plan - it just required the supplements, Xcel & Reduce Plus since they are proven to aid in weightloss. Is that what you were told too? I am in Michigan. Don't get too discouraged - keep your eye on the prize - this really does work!!:d

Hi. Just wondering what you think about the Luna bars. I am still doing the lites, and stopped getting them at the center, as they are too expensive!! But I have discovered E-bay and they are much cheaper there. My next step is to compare to other store brands after my supply is gone. I would appreciate your feedback. Thanks!

Thanks for the info ladies! It is kinda funny that there is only 1 counselor that has ever mentioned doing the juice every 2 weeks. And she is the manager or something like that. The others have never even mentioned it. I do eat the LA Lites and so enjoy them. I think that is what has been my saving grace and has kept me away from chocolate completely! I do take a multi-vitamin, but not theirs. Theirs are too expensive and had only 2 things that mine didn't have. I have always taken vitamins as I think they are a good for the body. Does anyone else use any other bars? have you compared the nutritional values? Would be interesting to see. They are very expensive if purchased weekly. Has anyone tried the Carb Enders? I bought them recenlty and figured I would try it once time and see if it made a difference.

I am using the bars too. Do you know if you HAVE to do the "take off" juice in the bottle every two weeks? It is too expensive to do every 2 weeks.

WHY THE SCALES LIE
I read that you're somewhere around 60% more likely to keep your weight in check if you weigh daily, but then again 90% of all statistical percentages are made up on the spot. (I just made that up.)

A Diff. Kind of "Scale"
I'd agree with Deb. I'd take a few every couple of weeks. In most cases you're likely looking at a month at least to 'see' the progress.
