Cravings
I honestly have done most of that.... I think my cravings are mostly MENTAL not physical. No matter how long i force myself to eat the healthy options---i still remember what fat tasted like- AND IT WAS GOOD! I just have a mental addiction to JUNK food. I just have to have self control...I love chocolate and I LOVE fruity candy and I LOVE salty chips...Its all a mental issue with me. But how do I keep myself motivated to not go run to the delicious, but yet quite contradictory - disgusting, foods? What do you tell yourself to keep from caving in to a craving?

Cravings
Why do we have cravings? And why are they worse sometimes than others? MOST OF ALL Why is it that all the food that is so BAD for you tastes SO GOOD!? I have to stay strong and not give into my cravings, but sometimes it can be SUCH a struggle. Any advice?

Rude people
This is exactly what my last journal entry is about. I can't stand rudeness. It is my number 1 pet peeve! Bullies hurt my feelings but I try to never stoop down to their level. I always keep in mind treating other people the way I would like to be treated, and even those who treat me as less than anyone should ever be treated, I try to politely put them in their places :)

Loose skin - how much to lose before it starts?
It really depends on a lot of factors. Age, skin texture, elasticity in skin, hydration of skin, and thickness of skin. I have lost 136 pounds since my largest and I have SOME loose skin in my belly, arms, thighs, and boobs. But it doesnt look like ive lost 136 pounds just from my skin. Its not really a problem. Can only tell the skin is loose if i squeeze the areas or shake them. I stay hydrated and I use lotion everyday.

Weight loss on your hands!!!
lol Kingkeld!!! I've noticed when I sit on the potty, on my upper thigh I have a birth mark on it, before my stomach used to completely cover it, now I see it every time plus a few inches above it!...strange way to tell you've lost weight.

I thought of another one, If I were thin, I'd have someone give me a piggy back ride. I havent been given one since I was about 8 years old.

If I were thin, I'd do a cartwheel, at the weight I'm at now I'm afraid my elbows will give out and I'll crash and bust my skull open.

weigh in
Good luck! I weigh in every day which has to stop. It is too easy to get caught up in the excitement of seeing the scale drop so much in a week-that is because of water weight I am sure.

Need suggestions on healthy/low-calorie foods.
You can use shakes for a few days. I have used the Atkins shakes and they are very good tasting. Soups are good though as stated above you may have to puree them. You could puree or blend cottage cheese ...

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
many say not to weigh everyday but I seem to anyway. Keeps me focused and on track. just realize that when you do your body weight does vary a bit. Don't get worked up over it.
