My best friend at work helps me, When I say "just a taste" she says "you tasted it all before". then we just crack up. She is skinny as a rail too.

If I get bored with the food it's all over. Today I am making turkey meatballs, chicken breasts stuffed with ricotta cheese and spinach, chorizo sausage with red peppers and jello dessert. Should last me and hubby a few days.

THAT is about as base and simple as you can get. I LOVE that answer. I would add this. Eat more FAT during the day and you wont be hungry at night. I am NOT kidding.

I agree with the calories. You have to be in control. Sodium today I have done a lot of water to day and it is getting rid of it.:)
