Non- food rewards
For myself I created a spreadsheet. When I hit my next goal I would get my reward. I set a reward at 5 lbs down. so every 5 lbs I would get to celebrate. To be honest, this didn't work exactly as I had planned. It took a long time to start getting my rewards. and I started buying my rewards becasue they were super on sale. The plan was to hold on to them until I hit my goal. but are you really going to wait util you have dropped 15 lbs to get those running shoes? or are you going to use those running shoes to get 15 lbs down? All in all, I may have rewarded myself out of sequence but it was all a part of hitting my over all goal. Here was my list: new work out pants, new work out shirt, new bra, new jeans, new jacket, new running shoes, overnight at hotel with Pool, retreat with BF, Garnet Necklace, Wii, massage, Night out dancing, yoga day, new bathing suit, hair cut IF you are looking to give your self a daily reward that may be hard. I had a hard enough time with this one. and affording it! so the $1.00 in a jar is a great idea!

Need more protein in my diet
add beans to any meal for a quick protein boost. don't like beans, try greek yogurt. it is higher in protein than reg yogurt. If you eat snacks after dinner, make that a protein instead of a carb. good luck!

This is 'Some' Of What I Ate
I use this option because many times I select a food that is extremely similar to what I ate. example: fatoush from a grochery store is going ot be different the the fatoush I make at home from scratch and with fresh ingedients. If I am making a veggie stew and don't have time to build it in, I just pick something similar in the list. Most of my food is prepared form scratch and doesn't have a bar code on it. therefor it is pretty hard to say it is EXACTLY what I ate. yeah?

I do Bikram Yoga every thursday. I disagree with Fatsecrets listing that yoga is stretching or low intentisity. secondly, Bikram is yoga in a 100 degree room with 50% humidity. Therefor I cannot list my most strenous activity on my exercise list. That is pretty frustrating. If anyone else does Bikram and has figured a way to calculate the calories burned please let me know. thaks so much. :d

Sometimes it just takes some time for the weight to shift.For your body to recognise that this is a change and it needs to work with it.How long have you been doing this? Good luck
