The Lemonade Diet
Thanks all and nicyndi, I have reached my goal weight. I was thinking about adding the potion to my diet while eliminating diet soft drinks. You'd think that loosing the weight would be the hardest thing to accomplish, but for me it's kissing the sodas goodby.

Before: diet Pepsi After: 1 serving steel cut oatmeal, 1 serving v8 @ 8:00a. Then 1 serving of fruit @ 10:00a.

I can lose more weight if I DON'T eat after 6:30-7:00 or so-but
Fruit is great. The fiber will fill you up and you digest it quickly.

Lost 21 Pounds in 21 Days
I wont lie i did lose muscle because i cut back so much. But i learned that my body needs to get down to a certain weight to cut fat. I probably had like 7 pounds of water weight, and thanks! @ endeland ...

sodium and calories
I agree with the calories. You have to be in control. Sodium today I have done a lot of water to day and it is getting rid of it.:)
