How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I have reached my goal weight and weigh every morning to keep myself in check and I may make small adjustements to the amounts I eat for the day.

The Lemonade Diet
Thanks all and nicyndi, I have reached my goal weight. I was thinking about adding the potion to my diet while eliminating diet soft drinks. You'd think that loosing the weight would be the hardest thing to accomplish, but for me it's kissing the sodas goodby.

Before: diet Pepsi After: 1 serving steel cut oatmeal, 1 serving v8 @ 8:00a. Then 1 serving of fruit @ 10:00a.

I can lose more weight if I DON'T eat after 6:30-7:00 or so-but
Fruit is great. The fiber will fill you up and you digest it quickly.

I think it's weight related - not a standard of so many glasses. Plus some people then add in activity level and environment variables. There's tons of calculators online.
