Effective & motivating.. check out Jazzercise's website to see how close one of their locations is on your driving route. It's an awesome workout.. you will leave there dripping sweat if you are taught the movements correctly. 1 hour program.

It's not about convincing anyone. The only reason why I'm posting is because there are only certain threads on this Great website that are geared for HCG dieters. When I started reading through some of the posts I couldn't believe how many 'haters' were putting their concerns/hate speech on here. & so much for your women's intuition in "suspect"ing me to be a marketer! First of all the links are only based on studies using hcg alone. The homeopathic includes glandular support and an appetite suppressant. I stopped my low dose thyroid medication when taking the homeopathic and felt fine. Because k8yk and obakemono are interested, I will post my daily weight while on the low-cal phase of the Protocol and also my BMI readouts (which were taken weekly). You will be IMPRESSED to see that my cell health IMPROVED and there was NO MUSCLE LOSS. :) give me some time to type it up.

Also.. I'd like for one of the 'haters' to post a link to a REPUTABLE website that can show us the number of deaths or diseases that are a direct result from someone following Simeon's Protocol (anything not related to the Dr's Protocol does NOT count).

I think the word cure maybe being used as an antonym for yo-yo dieting. The premise of the program is to retrain your brain through glandular support and reset your metabolism (while creating healthier new habits). If your brain is re-trained, then this program should work on a more long-term basis. ..NOT saying it's the end-all be-all cure, but Simeons measured his success based on the long term results. Also, regarding those who say that people are starving on this program, I don't think you fully understand what the HCG does. It pulls the bad (not structural) fat from your locked reserves, allowing the person to burn those fat calories daily while on the HCG. This burn rate can be between 3,000 - 5,000 calories PER DAY. Just because the person has a food intake of 500 calories doesn't mean that their body isn't finding another source of fuel. For all of you HCG haters - go find someone else's diet to condemn.. sounds like that's all you want to do in these threads anyway.

Are you eating enough fat and protein? Protein: 4-6 oz per meal Fat: 1-2 tblsp per meal Plus snacks. If you do that, your hunger should abate. Are is it cravings instead? HTH
