I am trying to eat low carb an having a hard time getting my calories. I want to stay under 150 carbs per day. I'm suppose to have 1,900 calories but am doing good to get 1,500. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks

I am a returner to this site I lost 15lbs. but now have regained it:-( so I'm going to try again. I have read Lentils help you lose belly fat. I bought a bag and am looking forward to see if they help. I also have cut out Cola's of any kind. And of course sit ups won't hurt. Good luck to you.

I found this great video how to do any easy mile. I love being able to do this anytime in any room. I figure even one mile is better than no miles. calories per day
Mine is 2000 per day. But that sure seems like a lot. Trying to eat healthy and at the end of the day I still am only around 1400-1700 . I know from being on Jenny craig before , you have to eat enough to lose. What should I do? I don't want to eat junk just to get to the 2000. Help.

Yes me too I lost 5.4 the first week then leveled out for two this week dropped 3 for a total of 8 lbs. for the month of August. So yea. Don't give up.

Well my first week I lost 4 pounds an I have also been at a stand still the last 2 weeks. I'm glad at least I am not gaining. but I would like to see 1 lbs. down.

Thanks Matt that could be the case. And I was aliitle sore yesterday. Had to take advantage of the past few cooler days to get outside work done. The Heat is returning they say. I see you lost 68lb. wow that is awesome!

Fibre Supplements - HELP
Cod liver oil capsules might help. They are really good at keeping your whole system running good. They have no taste. The Bleeding is not a good thing like she said you might want to have that checked out. Are you getting enough bran in your diet? Good luck!

My first week I lost 5 and this week I picked up a pound. I've been alot more active this week. The sit up Challenge an a total of about 10 hrs. hard yard work. So I am thinking this is just a fluctuation. Or perhaps I put on a pd. of muscle. 4 pds down for two weeks still makes me happy. I just hope next weeks weight in reflexs my work this week. Hope everyone had a good week.

My sister an I were talking about this and came to the conclusion that if Oprah can't keep it off with all her money an trainers an cooks an motivation (being on tv) then what does that tell you. Everyone is different. Our bodies process food different. Look at the people on Dance your ass off. There are probly alot of thin people who couldn't keep up with them. I never watch any of the FAT shows the commericals look so demeaning. I feel sorry for kids in school who have a weight problem I'm sure these shows make it even harder on them. But I feel an overweight child is the fault of the parent. If the parent doesn't buy junk food the child won't eat it. And if they went outside and played with the child they would both get fit.

Thanks. No but I have eaten more salads (side salad from Mcdonalds) with like half the packet of dressing. I am drinking more orange juice and milk and water cut my pepsi down to one (20 oz.) a day. And have not eaten any chips or candy all week. I have bought boneless skinless chicken that I cook on my George Forman grill and keep in the frig for hassle free meals or if I want a snack. It takes the urge away for bad snacks. I'm trying to slowly change my eating habits without making a big deal of it. Something I can really live with that fits into my lifestyle. I also love eggs an think they are very good for our bodies. I bought a little egg cooker ($3.00) for the microwave in 1.04 minutes it makes a nice round like egg (like an egg mcmuffin) sometimes I make a sandwhich or without. I have to have things easy or I just won't do it. LOL! I know myself. Good luck on you diet.

Back to the Gym
The steak was 400g tasty and juicy but I still had to force feed the meal. Now as I sit my pulse is racing trying to digest it. A short walk may be in order to aid the process.
