hahaha! yes maybe you're right! but with moderate tasting i think it has to count for some exercise! they've already put standing but with cooking you also move a bit too, your arms at the very least! i spend at least 1h cooking everyday!

can cooking be included in the list of excercises? i don't know how many calories you burn! it should be a bit more than just standing!it should definitely be comsidered an important activity worth including in the list!

It's a start
I am Going to try A no carb Diet on tue & thursdays and low carb every other day. I am unable to walk much due to a Injury and am on Blood thinners which cuts down on things I can eat. Wish Me luck!
