Did you ever get any reply's on this? I too have read about this fasting being real good for you and also had a friend who did it and lost a ton of weight. I would like to try but need someone to do with me so I know what to expect. Please let me know what you found out

IS ANYONE ON HERE TRYING TO EAT ONLY FOOD THAT IS NOT GENETICALLY MODIFIED? IF SO THEN I WOULD LIKE SOME IDEAS ON WHAT TO EAT AS I AM TRYING TO EAT HEALTHY BUT EVERYTHING WE EAT IS BAD FOR US IN SOMME WAY. THANKS

Savory Breakfast Ideas?
I am a vegetarian and so I eat a lot of egg beaters scrambled with chopped green pepers and onions which I freeze ahead and sometimes I eat a piece of Eziekel bread dry.

Driod history erased when syncing!
Well I don't know I just have the ability to log in my food on the phone and when I do it instantly puts it into the computer. I don't have history on the phone. How did you get it?

I have a droid x and if I put the info into one it goes into the other. I signed up with the droid ap first and then just plugged into the computer and it downloade into program.

Fatsecret wrong information
Fatsecret says I am loosing 2+ pounds a week. I have lost 13 lbs in two weeks . Does anyone else have this problem with the program?

losted progress

Check your time that you watched ( really it's the same as sitting) and adjust it according to the time. If you only watched for an hour, it shouldn't be that high.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
What you look like and how your clothes fit you is a far better indicator of how you are doing once you get down to a reasonable weight

3 day Military diet
