Adding Photo to Food Description
Dont know if that would get a helpful response either. I have been in contact with them recently & it has been ongoing & the response has been they see no problem on there end could, I offer more detail? I respond with more detail asking if there is anything that can be done on EITHER end that WILL fix the problem. Its a merry go round, sad to say.

Butter Busters the COOKBOOK modified to low fat
Wow! I have 17 that are KEEPERS (not my husbands but ones that are worthy to have) & 7 that I will reread to see if they fit in with my life redesigned! :D

Butter Busters the COOKBOOK modified to low fat
That is a good idea WFN but as I have other cookbooks that I use I really dont feel the need to add one that *I* would need to modify to the collection. One reason I am truly enjoying this way of eating is that it simplifies the meal process for me :D To add this book would cause unneeded & unwanted complication in a life I am redesigning! :D

Thank you WFN & Mummydee for responding to my question. I appreciate the time & thought you both put in it for me. As I mentioned,I am learning to eat clean & uncertain if this book was a "keeper" in my collection. I wasn't far into its reading before realizing,as the 2 of you, that it is a low fat way of eating & as Mummy brought out, substitutes with chemically processed foods. Not "my cuppa tea" either :D so I am happy to close the book without testing any of its claims since I have already tested & come to the truthfulness that chemically processed foods are toxic for the body & lifestyle I am creating! Thanks again Ladies for your responses :D

Butter Busters the COOKBOOK modified to low fat
Hello Friends of FatSecret:lol: I was given this book to read written by Pam Mycoskie. While I am just beginning its reading & it is quite a large book I thought Id see if anyone else has read it. IF YOU HAVE,please comment with your thoughts on it. Thanks! I am learning to eat clean & am uncertain if this is a book that I wish to keep in my collection. As with all my reading & research,I will test the truthfulness of what is presented before deciding on anything. :d Looking forward to your comments!

Msbuggirl I agree. I really like the buddies here as well as the formats but I want someplace that I can count on to be reliable & not just conveniant. Especially since I want to have access to it for LIFE! If it doesnt get corrected I may jump over to Lose It where one of my RL friends is already a member,or check out myfitnesspal where my kids are members. I dont know,I really want it fixed then I dont need to think about going elsewhere.

Yeah, thanks Snow, that was a BIG reason I stopped participating in challenges but I guess I thought it was time to try again. Probably will be my last fs challenge I join. It gets frustrating!

Just a heads up to all my female buddies. I (& I don't think I'm the only one),received a private message today from a man who only joined our community TODAY. Not that anything is wrong in that ,however his private message was asking me to: please give him my email address so that he can tell me more about himself so we could get to know each other better,as he is not on fatsecret very much.(He included his email address for me). For someone who just joined today & then say he isn't on here very often didn't sound like a person really interested in weight loss, to me.For someone to say they would like to get to know me better perhaps he should have READ my Bio(he would have learned that I am married---or perhaps he did & just didn't mind).Either way,I DID reply telling him that this is not a dating site but a weight loss site & that is the reason I am here. I then reported it to the FatSecret staff & my husband (who I might say laughed because he is not worried in the least of losing his wife or of his wife being duped :) ) I got a *Keeper* :) I encourage any who have had this or a similar experience to report it as abuse to the proper authority. Better safe than sorry.

Is it possible to lose weight without physical exercise?
It IS possible to lose weight without physical activity :) If it is too painful that you just can NOT be physical, then be aware of what you pass over your lips. What goes in our mouths WILL show up on the body. As with any kind of machine, certain products are better for it than others.YOUR body IS a machine, what YOU have put into it has resulted in how it performs. To reverse the damage that has been done,YOU must decide that YOU will take BETTER care of it(you asking for advice can be a step toward taking better care of it--FOLLOWING well informed & accurate knowledge can be YOU putting one foot in front of the other on your road to recovery) :) I wish YOU well by being well informed! :)

Does Wine Help With Weight Loss?
SouthernGirl, It's an ongoing discussion with me & Keeper. I appreciated the question you posted just so I could share with him what others thoughts are on the topic. I jokingly tell him he's a Wine-O  He *doesn't* find my joke funny :?

SUCCESS STORIES
:d Jim:d I *love* your Success Story!:d It is a great example that it IS NOT a matter of how fast we get to our goal,it IS NOT a matter of how slow we may go. It IS a matter of *realizing* the need to take care of ourselves AND taking steps to fill those needs on a *daily* basis :d I am so proud of you & what you have accomplished! And *if* TIME were a factor to consider *I* would say that the longer we battle the more difficult it is to become victorious, yet in a 3 yr Journey, altho' you weren't as "serious" as you are now,YOU remain :d The important life skills that you have & are learning is just as vital,if not more so,in weight loss because WITHOUT our learning the "why's & how-to's" of what we are doing,we would be DOOMED to continue to live in a cycle we all so desperately wish to be free from. :d WELCOME YOUR FREEDOM :d And may there be many more blazing their own trail!

Your goal weight is set at 17kg which is a bit optimistic! On the website, go to 'My Weight History' and change your goal weight to 68. Or, on the app, go to weight and change the goal.
