How do I place shortcut on desktop computer
which internet browser are you using? meh, its pretty much the same all the way around. make sure you resize your screen so you can see the desktop background and the page you wish to create a shortcut to. to the left of the web address is usually a little symbol of sorts, typically representing which website your on. just click that symbol and drag it to your desktop, and then you win :d

Needs Some Help and Insight
(This is coming from someone who used to weigh 290lbs, made it down to 149lbs, and am afraid where this path is taking me) I used to weigh an average of about 160-165lbs, and I would like to get back to that. I weighed myself this morning and somehow my weight keeps climbing (192.2lbs) and I cant seem to stop it. I eat fairly healthy for the most part (lately has been a bit lax, but its not enough to warrant this kind of a gain since February.) Now, I think most of this came in part due to a lot of stress i went through when I was job hunting, doing the interviews, and then the whole moving process (took a total of about 2 months) and I noticed a gain since then. Even after all that passed though, it still keeps climbing up and up and i cant seem to stop it. My breakfasts normally consist of oatmeal (servings) and lite yogurt with a cup of skim milk, lunches are usually a turkey sub (about 8 inches) on wheat with mustard, lettuce, tomato and banana peppers, and my dinners usually consist of something along the lines of grilled chicken with veggies, or some kind of soup with either toast or wheat crackers, and then I will snack on some popcorn (100 calorie bags). My total calories for the day doesn't usually exceed 2000, sometimes 2200 at most, yet somehow since 2 Fridays ago, I've gone up 5 more lbs since the last weigh in, and I can't seem to stop it....any advice or insight anyone can offer is greatly appreciated.

not sure if this belongs here since its more of a novelty. but wow, these guys come up with some concoctions that have more calories in one meal then some eat in two months (one meal contained 79,000+ calories)! While I would never eat most of the things they come up with, it is very amusing to watch. http://www.youtube.com/user/Ep... All of a sudden, Man v. Food seems a lot more reasonable lol.

Sugar Free vs. Fat Free
thanks to everyone for your input so far! k8yk: I was able to find that same information you posted, but then again I've seen that same information on other sites, except they said the serving size was 12oz, even though the minimum size they offer is 16oz....so its hard to determine which is actually the accurate one. Oddity: For me its not so much an idea of portion control, as I only have about 1-2 a week (while still staying within my daily calorie range)but as to which more people feel would be the best route to go if faced with the two options. I'm leaning towards the same idea as you though (nonfat with actual syrup) which is what I normally get anyways.

Sugar Free vs. Fat Free
Yeah, usually the choice is obvious, but I used the cappuccinos as an example due to not being able to find accurate nutritional info on their items, so I figured if I'm practically winging it, I'd want the best option.

Sugar Free vs. Fat Free
Tried posting this topic before, but for some reason it never showed up. Anyways, when it comes to fat loss, and you try to choose between a product that has both the sugar free and fat free variety, which would be the better choice? example to get the ball rolling: One of my few indulgences is to get a cappuccino from Speedway, but I usually stick to the fat free french vanilla, but there is also a sugar free version available, so I'm wondering which would overall be the smarter choice.

Insulation
Last winter I weighed in around 230lbs, roughly 30% body fat....this winter I'm around 160lbs and roughly 6% body fat, I am ALWAYS cold now. I work outside on a farm, and I wear 3 pairs of gloves and 3 pairs of socks (two of which are wool socks) and my fingertips and feet still freeze every day. Definitely worth it though :-)

Maybe you need to change the type of exercises your doing. You may very well be losing fat, but in turn your building muscles, which way more than fat.
