I just made dinner and cook a side of meat for my husband and son if they choosed to eat it. I figured rice, beans, fruit and veggie are what are best for them anyway. They didn't mind it usaually.

Questions about whats allowed on fat smash
That's exactly what it means. If you do eat those foods you can only have that amount of it no more per a day. The object of the game is to eat enough to where you don't feel hungry but you don't feel so full cause you are going to eat in 2 to 4 hours again. And eat fruit and veggies lots of them!!!

I need new veggies and fruits!
You can use salsa as a salad dressing. I put lettuce, some brown rice, black beans, onion, salsa and some cilantro if you'd like. It's a great mexican salad plus when your in phase 2 you can make it and add a little meat to it chicken whatever.. :d

Here we go again....
I can totally relate with you. When I graduated I weigh like 105 or something. Those days seem so long ago now. I had my son a day before my 20th b-day and I actually gained most of my weight after him. Now with my daughter I actually lost like 35lbs when I was preg. just to gain like 10-15 back and I'm now determined to lose it. I know I will probably never see 105 let alone 120 but my goal is to see 145. The sad thing for me is that's how much I weigh after my son was born. But I know I will feel like a new woman when not if I get there. Keep going we can do it together!! I'm here for you.

Veggies, veggies and more veggies. The more I eat the more I lose! I've been making lots of soup with lots of veggies and ground turkey or cubed cooked chicken.
