All they need to know is the name of the recipe that you would like to edit. I did this a few days ago and it worked great!

Today is a Very Challenging day for Me!
I agree 100% with riocaz! If that was all I ate in a day my man would run screaming from me cuz I would be ready to kill everyone in sight! She is in starvation mode. Anyone that follows that kind of diet would not lose weight. I will also be the first to say, my choices are not always the best... but I eat what my limit is in cal every day if not a little more and I have still lost about a lb a day since I started this diet about 4 days ago. It's all about the choices you make! I would much rather have a lot of healthy food and feel full, than a lot of junk food and be starving the rest of the day. I had one of those days yesterday... I ate just under 1000 cal in snacks alone and my dinner pushed it over a little, but I would much rather go over a little than not eat at all. You lose energy that way and then burn less cal overall. I can't imagine what the "2 days a week 800 calories, no fruit!" challenge is gonna be like at the same time as doin the "Starting to run and get fit" challenge. Guess I will just have to get creative with my choices, but I plan to stick to it to the best of my ability. Good luck and best wishes to all out there tryin to lose weight! Welcome, exercise isn't an overnight fix, it is a long term journey to be healthier. Whatever calories work for you is good. Mine like Mummydee were much lower for my size and build.

Exercise, develop your body. Eat healthy nutritious foods, not junk. Don't try to lose weight fast or be too skinny for your build. Aim for healthy and toned.
