All they need to know is the name of the recipe that you would like to edit. I did this a few days ago and it worked great!

Today is a Very Challenging day for Me!
I agree 100% with riocaz! If that was all I ate in a day my man would run screaming from me cuz I would be ready to kill everyone in sight! She is in starvation mode. Anyone that follows that kind of diet would not lose weight. I will also be the first to say, my choices are not always the best... but I eat what my limit is in cal every day if not a little more and I have still lost about a lb a day since I started this diet about 4 days ago. It's all about the choices you make! I would much rather have a lot of healthy food and feel full, than a lot of junk food and be starving the rest of the day. I had one of those days yesterday... I ate just under 1000 cal in snacks alone and my dinner pushed it over a little, but I would much rather go over a little than not eat at all. You lose energy that way and then burn less cal overall. I can't imagine what the "2 days a week 800 calories, no fruit!" challenge is gonna be like at the same time as doin the "Starting to run and get fit" challenge. Guess I will just have to get creative with my choices, but I plan to stick to it to the best of my ability. Good luck and best wishes to all out there tryin to lose weight! I wont lie i did lose muscle because i cut back so much. But i learned that my body needs to get down to a certain weight to cut fat. I probably had like 7 pounds of water weight, and thanks! @ endeland ...

sodium and calories
I agree with the calories. You have to be in control. Sodium today I have done a lot of water to day and it is getting rid of it.:)
