DIET CHANGE
WELL LAST WEEK I GOT MY TEST RESULTS BACK FROM SOME BLOOD WORK. I'M NOT TO HAPPY. I HAVE VERY HIGH CHOLESTEROL YUCK!!!! MY DOCTOR PUT ME ON SOME PILLS AND TOLD ME TO GET OFF ATKINS AND ON A LOW CALORIE/LOW FAT DIET AND TO EXERCISE 3 TIMES A WEEK. AT FIRST I WAS SO UPSET. I WAS REALLY GETTING INTO THE ATKINS THING. BUT, NOW I'VE GOT MY MIND SET ON DOING GOOD ON THIS AND GETTING OFF THESE PILLS. I DON'T WANT TO HAVE TO TAKE PILLS. I ALSO DON'T WANT TO HAVE A HEART ATTACK OR STROKE. THATS ENOUGH TO GET MY BUTT IN GEAR AND DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. I HOPE I STILL CAN LOSE THE 15 POUNDS BY CHRISTMAS. GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE. THANKS FOR LISTENING!!!!

Health Sidekick
It is too late to migrate all my data to another tool. Can you set up the tool so that we can simply add the number of calories per day instead of having to enter the food again?
