FOR WOMEN ONLY! -->Brazilian Wax Advice
Just want to mention something that is critical that I haven't seen mentioned: the quality of wax. Make sure you call and ask what type of wax they use. The best wax is the one that does not require strips. Some places uses the wax that requires strips for the outer areas and uses the better wax for the more sensitive areas. I suggest going to a place that ONLY uses the better wax on ALL areas. I consider it to be less painful than using the wax that requires strips.

"Fake" oatmeal - more ills from Micky D's

The Perfect Week (challenge)
I LOVE this idea! I consider my first week of actually trying (back in Mar) a perfect week....and I lost 15lbs. Not one "rogue M&M" or anything. :p If I can re-create that week, that would be awesome right about now...although I don't think I will lose 15lbs again! I'm game, let's do this. :-)

Spices for cooking fish and chicken?
I agree with 42in33, Mrs. Dash is the best super easy seasoning. If you want something fresh, rosemary and chicken goes together marvelously. Same goes for sage and fish...I particularly like to make pockets out of foil and place fish sliced lemon, a sprig of sage and couple of shakes of cayenne pepper powder (me likes the heat) and bake. :)

Metabolism Reset - eat more (for a while)
I've kinda inadvertently placed myself in this type of "metabolism reset" experiment. I've been eating way off what I should've been for the past two months (as I said, it wasn't planned)...it's just that I wasn't focused. As a result, I gained about 24lbs (up to 313 from 289)...awful I know. But, now that I am back to being focused and making better decisions (as of Mon), I've set a goal to lose 4lbs this week and I've already achieved it through eating below 1600 and exercising. Now, I'm sure most of it is water, but I'm curious to see how this next month of weight loss will go with my "no-focus break." Will my average weight loss per month increase because according to my body, I'm "starting over?" It will be interesting to see. Either way, getting back to being focused is a good thing and I'd be happy about any loss.

New change on FS
I saw it too. A leaderboard and banner ad. It just has promos now, but I'm sure they didn't build it for just that. It looks like FS is gearing up to offer advertising. I just hope they take the time to consider the type of products they allow to advertise on here. Also, please, no Google line ads!

How to determine your daily calorie needs
Thank you sooo much for sending this! I know I've read it so many times and used calculators, but I truly never was able to wrap my head around it until seeing your blog post about it! I even made a cute little excel sheet that customizes my daily caloric needs based on the amount of weight I'd want to lose a week. So great, thanks again!!

Elliptical hiit made me nauseated then i was starving later - why? Hiit how often?
That's awesome that you're doing hiit on the elliptical. I seriously only was able to do that for about 2 weeks (3x a week) and not much else. But if your body can handle more, then go for it! :-)
