Sometimes I'll just bring a banana or piece of fruit with me or a granola bar if I know I am gonna be out awhile. I also try to keep a cold bottle of water with me too.

Can you do Fat Smash if you're Pregnant?
I have heard that low carbohydrate diets are not good for a pregnant woman. I know you are overloading the fetus with proteins and not giving them enough whole grains. But in my opinion, phases three and four would be fine as long as you are not doing intense exercise.

Tae Bo vs Hip Hop Abs
I have Tae Bo videos and love them, they are a great workout. Does anyone know anything about Hip Hop Abs in comparison and is its worth the money? Does it really shrink your waist in just a few days?

Tips for Eating Out??
Yesterday, we went to PF Changs. They have vegetarian dishes and they also serve brown rice. You can add tofu to any meal instead of meat, so I got tofu and broccoli, to my surprise it was delicious. I am doing phase one for the second time and you can eat there on any phase. I also hear Pei Wei serves brown rice.

How much weight did EVERYONE take off in phase 1???
I lost 6 lbs in phase one and about a pound and a half per week in phase two. Ten pounds in thirty days, I love this diet.

calories????
I have also been counting my calories and it helps me too. Somehow knowing that I am only taking in 1000 calories a day helps me to lose weight and stay motivated. I am also gonna try that site. He does say in the book not to worry about counting calories though, but I do it anyway.

Tips for Eating Out??
I always get salads when we go out. But alot of places have low carb options, so I get those too, like salmon or chicken. One thing I have been splurging on and its not too bad really is fajitas. I just don't eat the tortilas. It usually comes with pico de gallo (veggies), a small amount of rice and beans(ask for charro instead of refried), and some guacamole. It leaves me satisfied. Some times a salad can be hard to eat when you are smelling all the other foods. Hope this helps

If carbs were just carbs then ppl who are insulin resistant wouldn't do as well as they do on a reduced carb lifestyle. It's scientific and it just works.
