Stopped working out!
Any habit is hard to get into! It happens with anything! I started exercising the other day and now I'm compelled to do it again. Try writing a list. Getting organizes is the first step. Good luck! :)

I agree! But the trick is to get you conscious of what you're eating so you don't feel you need to anymore. I'm not there yet but I'm closer every time! :) I also think it's beneficial.

yep I barely track calories...being vegan is mostly helpful in that sense. :)

Don't look at the total weight you have to lose. Try to break it down in attainable goals. Start with a goal of 10#, then create a new goal. Then add in exercise. I will walk for 20 minutes 3 days ...
