Sex after Weight Gain, Men and Ladies invited to Discussion :)
Listen, I have learned to listen to my husband. If he says I look great, than I know he means it. Try to avoid the infamous question "Does this make me look fat?" or "How do I look?". Then, when your husband tells you you by himself, (and he will) you know he means it and is sincere. I ask my hubby all the time if I am pretty enough to be his wife, and he of course tells me "Too pretty!" I know as all of us women do that sometimes men seem superficial and idiotic when it comes to sex, but I truely believe that if a man loves you, and it seems to be your man does, than you should trust him with your feelings and enjoy all the perks of marriage! Take care and I absolutely Love the poem in your signature. It is called Time Tested Beauty Tips and it is written by Sam Levenson. Audrey Hepburn was just wonderful, wasn't she?

Found a great tea!
Hey guys! I am a huge herb and vitamin freak, and I drink green tea all the time! While looking for my usual tea at the store, I found this great tea made by Yogi Tea. It is called Green Tea Slim Life. Besides green tea it also has garcinia to help surpress appetite. And ginsing and eleuthero to give you energy. The only down fall is that is does have caffine, but what I do is vary between this tea and my regular decaf green tea. And the caffine in the Yogi Tea is only 35 mg. It is naturally sweet so you don't have to add sweetner. (Am I an add or what?) :d Have a blessed day!

MY HOLIDAY PARTY STRATEGIES
Christmas strategy? I have a few. I give myself a present and allow a "free" day on Christmas. And ONLY Christmas. That means I can eat anything I want in moderation. I always make recipes that are 'me' friendly, and that I truely love like shrimp, but I try a little of everything and eat slowly. I usually fill up quickly, and the sweets taste REALLY sweet! But ya'll, life is short. Enjoy the simple things in life some. If you don't then you will feel deprived and spend the day watching people in envy as they embrace the incredible palet of the holidays! So have a glass of eggnog, eat some fudge, wrap your tongue around a cookie, and smile! You can concentrate the next day on eating healthy, and losing weight. Have a wonderful day, and remember the reason for the season!

HELP!!!
Hey! The nice thing about the holidays and diets is we are ALL in the same boat! But here is what I do...I am working real hard right up until the wicked bad food day, then I will have some fun. We went to my husbands company Christmas party last night and it wasn't to hard to pass up the stuffing and sweet potatoes, but there were some of the cutest, tinist little cookies I'd ever seen. I had two of those, but then I went and danced by hiney off, and I didn't feel so bad! I cheated and looked at the scale this morning and I actually lost a pound! Allow a little, and have some fun! If you have family or friends over during the holidays, splurge, then go for a walk with them, or better yet, hire a DJ and DANCE~!~ Have a MERRY CHRISTMAS and don't stress so much. It's one day and it should be full of love and fun!

induction advice
If you can manage to get through the two weeks of induction, you will be surprised at how easy it is to follow the "Adkins rules". My advice to you is to not look at this as a diet, but as a true life style change. I have been on this since April and have lost 30 pounds. The first week was difficult, but after that, I was happy to realize that I did not need the carbs and really didn't miss them. I do have a bite or two of something on occasion, and lately I have maintained while having a bit of fun, but since I feel better without the carbs, it isn't hard to go right back to it! Be true to it for some time and when you find that it is a great way, you can have some fun! You can do it!!!
