Nautilus/Bowflex Treadclimber????????
I honestly feel like I could have gotten the same results from buying the least expensive model and just using a heart rate monitor and all that to gauge all my cardio stats... but I definitely don't regret buying the TC20 model. It does all the thinking for me lol. The monthly payment isn't bad at all if you can swing it. Peer pressure.... dooooooo ittt!!! hahahaha :P

Yeah it's totally working in my entire body. I already feel a difference and see little results after 4 days... I don't have to pull my pants together so hard to zip them up hahaha!! :D

Does anyone else use a treadclimber in their fitness routine??? I have yet to come across someone else who uses one and I would love to hear from you if you do!! If you don't, but are curious about my progress and results I am seeing, feel free to comment, message me, add me, you know the drill ;) On a side note... I am LOVING this sucker! Kicks my butt in gear and I already feel results, even after only four days :D

Best time for doing exercise, morning or night?
I have found that working out at night, about 30 mins after dinner, helps me go to sleep better. After my workout session I go shower and drink some protein before heading to bed. Works for me, but everyone is different.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I have found that I stay on track by weighing myself every morning. It gives me an honest assessment of the day prior's hard work. It also helps me keep a realistic approach, that weight naturally fluctuates.

Rewarding yourself
