Does anyone else feel like they are 'fake' losing weight?
Well said militaryman! This is exactly what I have learned in the last couple weeks... food no longer controls my life! I love when the numbers go down on the scale but you rely on measurements and how your clothes fit for real evidence of your progress!

hey everyone! i just recently move to the big and exciting state of New Hampshire... went from having tons of friends to not knowing anyone but my mom and sister, just wondering if there's anyone that lives remotely close... need a workout buddy (or a sit and complain about dieting buddy) ;)

I too suffer from mountain lion activity on my tummy (for which I'm still hoping for a cure)... but they tend to get itchy after sun exposure also. Not sure the cause of this but at least you know you're not alone :)

Looking for LOW sugar and LOW Carb snacks
I don't personally snack between meals, the protein I get sustains me. But if I do a snack, I'll eat avocado with some veggies, berries, nuts, string cheese, imitation crab.
