Help! Need Motivation!!
Lana, you need some "me time"! Go for a walk, by yourself, and enjoy the peace and quiet and get some exercise at the same time.

Am I walking/running wrong?
stretch your calves after running every time. i even stretch in the afternoon on days i dont run. i also find that using a foam roller after i stretch really helps too. there are also some excercises and stretches you can do to strengthen your lower legs and that will help alot.

So while I was in the grocery store the other day I spotted a whole artichoke and decided since I've never had a fresh one before I would try it. So now that I have it, would someone tell me what I should do with it? How do I cook it? Do I cook it?

diet vs reg soda
I took an excedrin first thing in the morning for two or three days to wean myself off the caffeine. I feel so much better and so much less tired that when i was drinking soda.

On My Way
I AM going to reach my goal weight. It isnt going to be tomorrow. it isnt going to be next week. I will stumble and mess up along the way, and i will get back up and back on track. I WILL get to where i want to be. Just wanted to say it "out loud"!

losing really slow
Thats 2 pounds a week! you should be proud of yourself for that! Dont compare to what other people are doing, compare yourself to what YOU are doing week to week. Any loss is better than no loss and You are doing great!

Exercise and PVC
I used to have pvc's all the time, when i quit the caffeine it pretty much stopped. everyone once in awhile i will drink a coke and it comes back for a minute. i think its actually a pretty common thing though.

Trouble Swallowing/Ulcer Maybe??
Any difficulty swallowing should not be ignored and checked out by a Dr. It might not be anything serious, but on the off chance that it is it is best to catch it early.

I have an omron scale and its pretty accurate. i checked to see if it remembered my weight by weighing my son before i weighed myself again, but it was still the same.

Chia seeds. they dont taste like anything and 1 tablespoon has alot of fiber in it, just make sure to drink plenty of water. they are also pretty low carb i think.

Circuit Training
I do Curves also but i wear a polar heart rate monitor when i work out. the calories burned on the curves computer is usually higher than what my hrm says, but its only been off between 10 to 50 calories.

Tired of the Diet Roller Coaster!

Can you do yogurt? A friend recommended to me plain yogurt with splenda mixed in. Maybe try that with some berries. I've been putting frozen raspberries in my protein shake.
